The most discussed topic on the second day was the news that President Vladimir Putin introduced Mikhail Mishustin, Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service, as candidate to the post of Prime Minister. However, other important topics related to economic challenges of the new decade facing Russia and the world did not stand aside.
