Gaidar Institute Press has presented its books at trade fairs in Kazakhstan and Iran

In April and May 2025, books published by Gaidar Institute Press were presented at international book fairs in Kazakhstan and Iran. The events were sponsored by the Russian Book Union with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. In particular, books published by the Gaidar Institute Press could be seen at the international book fair "EURASIAN BOOK FAIR — 2025" in Astana, Kazakhstan (April 23–27) and the Tehran International Book Fair in Iran (May 7–16). Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with Russian publishers’ new book releases. After the exhibitions, all the books from Russia’s national stands were donated to the Russian Embassies in Iran and Kazakhstan.

A new method of superconductor manufacturing was demonstrated to the staff of the International Best Practices Analysis Department

On June 19, the staff of the International Best Practices Analysis Department at the Gaidar Institute was invited to the A. A. Bochvar VNIINM JSC as part of a technical tour. The experts were introduced to a new method of superconductor manufacturing — the magnetron sputtering method. Such technology in the future will allow faster introduction of electric power devices in Russia and in the world.
