On August 25, a discussion of a book ”Social science as sorcery” by Stanislav Andreski took place at the Library of the Gaidar Institute and the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences (MHSES).

The event was attended by Anna Nizhnik, Associate Professor of the Institute of Philology and History of the Russian State University for the Humanities, Candidate of Philological Sciences, MA in Political Science and International Relations; Kirill Chernovol, Researcher of the Best International Practices Analysis Department at the Gaidar Institute; Ilya Inshakov, Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Humanities at the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (MSSES); Artem Zemtsov, Candidate of Political Sciences, Lecturer at the Department of Political Sciences of the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (MSSES).

In April and May 2025, books published by Gaidar Institute Press were presented at international book fairs in Kazakhstan and Iran. The events were sponsored by the Russian Book Union with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. In particular, books published by the Gaidar Institute Press could be seen at the international book fair "EURASIAN BOOK FAIR — 2025" in Astana, Kazakhstan (April 23–27) and the Tehran International Book Fair in Iran (May 7–16). Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with Russian publishers’ new book releases. After the exhibitions, all the books from Russia’s national stands were donated to the Russian Embassies in Iran and Kazakhstan.
