Seminar in Kaliningrad
On 4-7 of August 2011, Executive Director of the Gaidar Institute, Sergei Prikhodko took part in the seminar dedicated to the peculiarities of taxation of excisable goods under the regime of the special economic zone and Customs Union, which was held in Kaliningrad.
