10^th issue of the “Online Monitoring of Russia’s Economic Outlook. Trends and challenges of socio-economic development” has come out. It is an analytical review which task is to monitor current trends and shifts in the Russian economy.

On 25 June, web portal Bari.ru released an article by Bekhan Chokaev, Gaidar Institute senior researcher, dedicated to the issue of risks of simultaneous decline for the investors.

On 17-19 June, Andrey Polbin, senior researcher of the Center for Macroeconomics and Finance, attended the 18th Annual Conference on Global Economic Analysis on the theme Information for the Policy Maker: Practical Economic Modelling for Tomorrow, which was held in Melbourne. He made a presentation "Bayesian Updating of Input-Output Tables".

On 16 June, Georgy Malginov, head of the Ownership and Corporate Governance Issues Department, attended a round table discussion oа public companied governance efficiency organized by the Expert Consulting Council under the Rosimushchestvo (Federal Property Management Agency) and held at the Economic Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

On 15 June, Mikhail Khromov, director of the Center for Structural Research, gave a brief comment to the RBC-TV on the Bank of Russia key rate.

On 28-29 May 2015, Sergey Tsukhlo, head of the Business Surveys Laboratory, attended an All-Russia scientific and practical conference "Import substitution of equipment and technologies in strategically important sectors of Russian economy". He made a presentation "Russian industry in modern realia. Devaluation. Sanctions. Import substitution."

On 9 June RBC portal published an article by Sergey Tsukhlo, head of the Business Surveys Laboratory, where findings of the business surveys of Russian enterprises were given. The article stated that they were ready to purchase domestic equipment and raw materials instead of the imported one.

On 25-27 May, Olga Berezinskaya, researcher at the Financial Studies department, attended the annual conference "Russian Industry: import substitution, cost optimization and efficient procurements."

Gaidar Institute together with the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) prepared a review of the new version of the Budgetary Code.

On 2-3 June, Sergey Prikhodko, IEP Executive Director, represented Gaidar Institute at the OECD Forum 2015 "Investing in the Future: People, Planet, Prosperity".

On 29 May, Alexander Knobel, head of the International Trade Department, gave an interview to the TV channel ‘MIR-24’ in relation with signing of a free trade zone agreement between Vietnam and the EEU.

On 26-27 May, Sergey Prikhodko, Gaidar Institute Executive Director, participated in the symposium named after Tatiana Zaslavskaya "Social challenges of the economic development" held in Kaliningrad in the Western branch of the RANEPA.

On 22 May, head of the World Trade Department, Alexander Knobel, participated in the Astana economic forum – 2015 with a presentation made at the panel 'Real and feasible effects of integration in the Eurasian Economic Union and other regional associations' within the discussion on 'Strategy of economic growth and effect of integration in the Eurasian Economic Union and other regional associations.'

On 25 may, the RBC portal released an article by the head of the Innovation Economy Department, Vera Barinova, "Jitney races: why small business can pull the economy in the wake of the crisis."

On 22 May, the RBC portal released an article by the Director of the Center for Political Economy and Regional Development, Irina Starodubrovskaya, "Doublespeak: the way Russia argued about the Chechen wedding" where the author elaborates on the moral and ethical right of the state and society to interfere with the cultural traditions.
