Kirill Chernovol told TASS on Stargate prospects

In the TASS publication, the expert noted that it is still unclear what areas of AI development will be prioritized, and what companies will be the first to use the Stargate infrastructure. According to the OECD, the US invests the most in media and social platforms, AI in marketing, as well as in mobility and drones.

Chernovol emphasized that currently there is no systemic regulation of AI in the US at the federal level; certain laws have been adopted at the state level and deal mainly with personal data protection, consumer rights and drone regulations. This means that while creating an infrastructure that could potentially stimulate AI development, the risks associated with the technology remain uncovered: lack of clarity and non-transparency of AI systems, manipulation of user behavior, especially of children and the elderly, discriminatory treatment, intellectual property violations, etc.
