Georgy Malginov participated in the discussion of updating the Corporate Governance Code

The issue of improving this document, which was adopted in 2014, was raised due to the fundamental changes that have taken place in the Russian and global economy over the past decade. The discussion was attended by representatives of the Bank of Russia, professional organizations – the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Association of Retail Investors, as well as a number of companies and banks, educational institutions and research centers – the Russian Institute of Directors, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
