Expert and analytical support for a comprehensive analysis of the information system of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in view of issuing an expert opinion on the feasibility of further operation of the information system

The aim of the project was to prepare an expert opinion containing a decision on the need for decommissioning and further operation of the information system of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements to the procedure for the creation, development, commissioning, operation and decommissioning of state information systems and further storage of information contained in their databases, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 676 of July 6, 2015 “On the requirements for the procedure for the creation, development, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of State information systems and further storage of information contained in their databases”.

The following tasks were met to achieve the set goal:

• Analyze technical and operational documentation for the above system;
• assess the availability and actual mode (order) of current use of the information system;
• prepare an expert opinion on the condition of the above system.

Work on the project is completed on October 31, 2024.
