ALEXEY VEDEV: HOW CRISIS WILL AFFECT THE NON-RAW BUDGET REVENUES

Alexey Vedev, Head of Financial Studies Department of the Gaidar Institute, shared his thoughts with mk.ru, on how the current crisis will affect non-oil and gas revenues.

The expert of the Gaidar Institute said: “If GDP falls short of 7-10%, this means that all non-oil and gas revenues will drop. Such an outcome is realistic with an expected budget deficit of RUB 5 trillion.
