STEPAN ZEMTSOV: MANY PROFESSIONS ARE ON THE BRINK OF EXTINCTION

Stepan Zemtsov, Senior researcher of the Gaidar Institute, took part in the program “Life in a large city: robots instead of people" on channel “Moscow 24”.
In his interview, Stepan Zemtsov highlighted endangered professions: "First of all, those professions where routine activities still maintain, i.e. cashiers, taxi drivers, part of accountants, agricultural workers. This is a sufficiently large portion of our labor force, approximately 15 million people. Another 5 million also fall under this trend, however, they are capable to learn again".
