Monitoring legal regulation of the digital economy
Starting from 2024, Gaidar Institute launched a monthly review of international trends in the legal regulation of the digital economy. The purpose of Monitoring is to timely identify key developments and trends in the global practice of regulating the digital sector. The scientific and expert analysis allows not only to track current changes, but also to forecast their potential impact on the development of the digital industry in our country, contributing to the formation of an adaptive and effective strategy of legal regulation in this area.
It is published in Russian and English.
