Maria Girich, Researcher of the International Best Practices Analysis Department at the Gaidar Institute, spoke to Moscow 24 TV Channel.
The expert commented on legislative amendments currently under discussion in the government that would allow Russians to transfer their pension funds to a long-term savings program.
