Kirill Chernovol, Researcher at the Gaidar Institute's International Best Practices Analysis Department, gave his forecast for global demand for gold next year in a comment to RIA Novosti. In his opinion, the precious metals market will continue to show growth.

“We can expect global demand for gold to grow to around 5,050 tons, or approximately 1%,” the expert said.

Kirill Chernovol explained that this trend is driven by investors' desire for reliable assets in times of uncertainty, so it is highly likely that total global demand for gold in 2025 will be no lower than in 2024 or even higher, the expert noted.
