ALEKSEY VEDEV: MOST OF HOUSEHOLDS VIRTUALLY SURVIVE

Every tenth Russian does not care about accounting of personal finances and only quarter permanently calculate their revenues/incomes. According to Aleksey Vedev, research provided for the system of plastic cards revealed the issue of low financial literacy. This is on one hand. Data also demonstrated result of the five years reduction of real incomes.
