Yegor Gaidar and Anatoly Chubais presented their new monograph

As the authors put it in the foreword, "We have got the experience of regulation of consequences of the economic catastroph that occured in the USSR. That is why we want to share our views on risks the country's economy is facing today".
The monograph contains papers on tangible and pressing economico-political challenges of today's Russia, such as the need in reforming international financial institutions, possible effects from the lowering of the VAT rate, the relation between the world economic state of affairs and Russia's future, and prospects of electricity supply in the country.
