Visit to the Kaliningrad region
16 October 2009, the head of the Scientific direction of Political economy and regional development, IET Cand.Econ.Sci. I.V. Starodubrovskaya was in the Kaliningrad region.
The purpose of the trip was to collect material on the topic «anti-Crisis policy in the regions of the Russian Federation». During your stay, meetings were held with the Governor of the Kaliningrad region, the heads of several departments of the regional administration, heads of regional and municipal budgetary institutions by the administration, Kaliningrad and a number of other municipalities in the Kaliningrad region, as well as representatives of civil society.
