Vasili Zatsepin: Just like before, the Budget is not Transparent Enough

On October 23, the head of the workshop on Military Economics of the Gaidar Institute, Vasili Zatsepin, participated in the round table "Completeness and Clarity of the Budget for 2014 and for the 2015 and 2016 planning periods for citizens", organized by the RF Government Analysis Center.

In the words of the specialist, consistency of budget figures in accordance with the requirements of article 36 of the Budget Code is not provided. Furthermore, there is no presentation of expenditures in accordance with the Operational Classification of State Administrative Sector (the former economic classification).
