The impact of government expenditure on the quality of general education in Russia

This study seeks to answer the question: how well is the system of providing educational services in school organized in Russia, and what factors are most significant for the changing of qualitative characteristics of the general education systems functioning. One of the key findings of the work is the thesis that the reaching of the goal of enhancing the quality of general education is not so much in the sphere of increasing funding, as in the spheres of the organization and management of educational process at school.
