THE GAIDAR INSTITUTE INVITES TO THE ONLINE MEETING OF “ENDOWMENTS” CLUB
The ordinary meeting of the “Endowments” Club dedicated to “Amendments in Russian legislation on endowments” will take place on September 24, 2020 at 11.00 am.
Irina Tolmacheva, Head of Legal Department of the Gaidar Institute, Member of the Board of the National Association of Endowment, took part in the meeting.
With reference to adoption of the long-expected Law No. 282-FZ of July 31, 2020 "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On the Procedure for Formation and Use of Endowment Capital of Non-Profit Organizations" and "On Charity Activities and Volunteer services (Volunteering) ", the ordinary meeting of the club is dedicated to the topic "Amendments in Russian legislation on endowments." NAE experts will discuss the current and planned changes in the Russian legislation on endowments.
Traditional topics "School of Investors", "Eternal Deposit", "Acquaintance with the Endowment" will be under the meeting agenda.
