Sergei Prikhodko Took Part in the Conference on the Strategy of the Russian Business under the WTO Conditions
On November 12, Sergei Prikhodko, Executive Director of the Gaidar Institute took part in the Conference on the Strategy of Russian Business under the WTO Conditions.
At the Conference, the following issues were discussed: the state of the Russian economy after Russia's accession to the WTO, adaptation of the Russian industry to the WTO conditions, in particular, nontariff regulation measures can be proposed by the state; the specifics of Russia's participation in the WTO as a member-state of the Customs Union.
The Conference was attended by heads and representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the World Trade Organization, sectorial unions and associations and large Russian and foreign companies, lawyers, advisors, analysts and business mass media.
