Sergei Drobyshevsky, Director of the Center for Macroeconomics and Finance, Gaidar Institute, made a report prepared by the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation - "Scenario-Based Conditions, Key Parameters of the Socio-Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Price (Tariff) Ceiling of Infrastructural Sector Companies for 2014 and the Planning Period of 2015 and 2016" - at the Russian Government meeting held on May 16.
