International Conference on the Northern Caucasus
On May 20, 2013, Irina Starodubrovskaya and Konstantin Kazenin, employees of the research area “Political Economy and Regional Development” of the Gaidar Institute, took part in the international conference “North Caucasus Learning Events”.
The conference was organized by the World Bank.
