Ilya Sokolov: Additional Expenses Will Worsen the Federal Budget Balance
On September 12, Ilya Sokolov, Head of the Budget Policy Department of the Gaidar Institute took part in a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation at which the following issues were discussed: administration of the federal budget, progress in fulfillment of federal target programs and implementation of federal target investment program in the first six months of 2013.
