Conference on Deurbanization Issues
On 9-11 May 2013, Irina Starodubrovskaya, Head of the Center for Political Economy and Regional Development of the Gaidar Institute, participated in the conference “Deurbanization and Natural Capital: Migration Trends, Infocomms and Rural Settlements”. The conference was held in the city of Manturovo, Kostroma Region.
