Conference “Is Modernization Feasible under the Current System of Regulation of Tax Legal Relations”

Tatiana Malinina, Head of the Tax Policy Department, made presentation at the conference on the subject “Special Methods of Tax Base Adjustment: For What to Prepare?”

The conference was organized by the Association of Corporate Lawyers with the aim to continue discussion of the features of the tax system in Russia and the prospects of its evolution. Professional discussion with the participation of representatives of the government, academic and expert community, as well as representative of Russian and foreign companies allowed to analyze the development trends of corresponding spheres of regulation, reveal factors, which contribute to an increase of investment risks of Russia and develop proposals (positions) aimed at their reduction.

The conference dealt with the following issues:
•    special methods of tax base adjustment;
•    competition in law enforcement;
•    para fiscal payments;
•    implementation of the resolutions of the conference of 12 November 2010.
