A research paper on the fiscal gap in Russia has been finished

IEP’s Fiscal Sustainability International Department together with RANEPA researchers prepared for the publication in NBER a paper “Russia’s Fiscal Gap” (Working Paper 19608, authors: E. Gorunov, M. Kazakova, L. Kotlikoff, A. Mamedov, K. Nesterova, V. Nazarov, E. Grishina, P. Trunin and A. Shpenev).

The Russian version will be published in December 2013.
