The 7th Annual Tax Conference of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

On April 13, 2009, in the frame of the Russian Business Week, the RUIE held its 7th annual tax conference “The tax policy and the structural reconstruction of the economy”.

The opening remarks were delivered by Mr. A. Shokhin, the President of the Union. The list of speakers included: Mr. V. Lisin, Chairman of the Board, JSC NLMP; Mr. S. Shatalov, Stats-Secretary and Deputy Minister of Finance of RF; Mr. S. Voskresensky, the RF Deputy Minister for Economic Development; Mr. V. Reznik, MP, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Markets; V. Mokretsov, the Head of the Federal Tax Service; V. Mutko, the RF Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy; Mr. A. Tikhonovsky, Deputy Chairman of the RUIE Committee on Budgetary and Tax Policy, among others.

Ms. N. Kornienko, head of the IET Department for Tax Policy made a presentation entitled “Improvement of measures of tax control over transfer pricing”.
