The FoRSENO Foundation Print Print
The Foundation for formation of endowment “Fond razvitiya sotcialno-ekonomicheskikh nauk i obrazovaniya” (The Foundation for Development of Socio-Economic Science and Education), hereinafter referred to as FoRSENO by its acronym in Russian is a non-for-the-profit entity established in the organizational and legal form of foundation. FoRSENO was founded by the Public Educational Institution of the Higher Professional Education “the Academy of National Economy under the government of the Russian Federation” and the Foundation “Institute for the Economy in Transition” on June 25, 2008; its official registration was completed on August 4, 2008.

FoRSENO is a specialized organization managing the endowment. It was created exclusively to form the endowment and use and distribute the respective revenues in favor of other recipients of income from the endowment in an order stipulated by its Statute.

The Fund may form the endowment and use the respective incomes in the areas of education, research, culture and social aid (support).

The supreme executive body of the Foundation is its Board, to which the following individuals were elected: S. Naryshkin (the Chairman), Ya. Urinson, V. Lisin, Ye. Gaidar, V. Mau.

The body that exercises the oversight of the Foundation’s operations is the Board of Trustees. It also exercises functions of a council on the use of endowment. The following individuals were elected to the Board of Trustees: B. Zlatkis, A. Radygin, V. Fedorov.

The ongoing operations of the Foundation are performed by its Director, S. Drobyshevsky.

3. Information on creation of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation
At the meeting of the Board of the Foundation on March 16, 2009, the Board of Trustees of the foundation was established.
The Board of Trustees consists of 3 (three) persons.
The following individuals were elected to the Board of Trustees: B. Zlatkis, A. Radygin, V. Fedorov.

5. Information on donations received on formation of the endowment
On the bank account of the Foundations were received the following donations on formation of the endowment:
On 02/13/2009 – Rb. 160m from a private individual (V. Lisin);
On 03/04/ 2009 – Rb. 23,628.800 from a legal entity (Foundation “NEO” from RAO UES Russia”.
The endowment has not been formed to date. The funds are kept on the bank account of the Foundation until a managing company is selected.

7. Information concerning the creation of the Fund’s target capital, the choice of the asset manager and the opening of a separate bank account for trust management
On 9 April 2009, at the meeting of the Fund’s Board, it was decided that the Fund’s target capital should be created.
As the asset manager, the Close-end Joint-Stock Company “Libra Kapital” was selected.
On 10 April 2009, a contract for trust management of assets was concluded with the Close-end Joint-Stock Company “Libra Kapital” (No 1004).
For the purpose of trust management of the Fund’s target capital, a bank account (No 40701810800000013480) was opened with the Open-end Joint-Stock Company “Bank Zenit Moskva”.
