EXPERTS OF THE GAIDAR INSTITUTE AND THE RANEPA ACADEMY PROPOSED TO CREATE A PENSION SYSTEM RESERVE FUND
RBC published an opinion on the draft budget fr om experts from the Gaidar Institute and RANEPA, wh ere they proposed to create a Pension system Reserve Fund. According to experts, it should be earmarked and spent on force majeure pensions.
