GAIDAR INSTITUTE LAUNCHES MONITORING OF LEGAL REGULATION OF DIGITAL ECONOMY

Starting from 2024, the Gaidar Institute will launch a monthly Monitoring of international trends in legal regulation in digital economy. This work will allow to promptly identify the most striking developments in the regulation of digital economy in the world, while scientific and expert assessment of such trends will help determine how this or that phenomenon will affect the industry in our country.

Which country was the first to recognize deepfakes illegal? How will countries now regulate quantum computing technologies and what does artificial intelligence have to do with it? Is the exchange of financial information on crypto-assets already a reality? These and many other aspects will be discussed in the new Gaidar Institute Monitoring Report.
