Participation in International Contests

In April 1997, took part, as a member of the Russian team, in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition organized in the USA by the International Law Students Association (ILSA).

 

Main scientific achievements (discoveries)

In 1999-2005, created the “compositary theory” offering a cardinally new (compositary) interpretation of the economic and legal nature of financial leasing, which making it possible to adequately introduce financial leasing in the system of civil legal regulation and most efficiently solve the tasks associated thereof.
