Ownership of the grasslands: problems, discussions, experience
The press service of the Gaidar Institute reports that in the series "Scientific Works" there was prepared a new Institute's research (№ 158) "Ownership of the grasslands: problems, discussions, experience" (M: Publishing house of the Gaidar Institute 2012. - 156 p.). Author: T. Intigrinova.
The publication considers the institutional bases of management of collective property, as well as an overview of the theoretical approaches to the problems of the influence of private and collective forms of ownership on the efficiency and rational use of the resources. It focuses on the relationship of institutional solutions and climatic conditions. Practical experience in management of private and collective property is analyzed with the example of land-use in the livestock sector.
